We received the tumblers on Friday as promised and were very pleased with the outcome; our conference participants loved them as gifts. We are especially grateful to have called your company and received Rita as our specialist. She and I must have exchanged at least 100 emails between Tuesday and Friday of last week. It is only because of her patience and assistance that we completed our order of tumbler mugs. We hope to work with her again for future events.

I am a classroom music teacher and I put a lot of time into finding seating pads for my classroom (chairs are impractical because we don't sit for long and we need the space for movement and small groups). Some school supply stores have them but they are very expensive. I found promotional companies that sold them (such as yours) but most were not helpful in getting me the quantity and price at a reasonable shipping rate (and in time for the start of school). I Found you guys and spoke to Amanda and she set me up with just what I needed from a local supplier and I just got an email saying that they will be delivered today! I am writing to formally share my appreciation of the outstanding customer service delivered by Catherine. I contacted AGM Friday, August 17, frantic because I needed to order customized items on a very short deadline. Within minutes of placing my quote request, I received electronic pricing information from Catherine. I called her for more details about the parameters of the order (i.e. timing, cost of different quantities, etc.). Also, to add to the last minute challenges, my art work was not in a usable format. Catherine was very patient as she talked me through product options, how to reformat the artwork to a usable format, and realistic timing of placing my order for receipt by August 24. I must admit I did not sense any frustration when my cellular service dropped several times as Catherine and I conversed about the order. Also, I have to thank the graphic designer for working with my artwork to deliver what I envisioned on notebooks for my organization. Because of Catherine's efforts, several phone calls and emails later- I feel valued, respected, and most importantly the order was placed in time to meet my deadline. It is hard to experience quality service especially over the telephone. However, I can say that I know there are great customer service representatives in the world and Catherine is one of them.
