How to Order:

 

To place an order online simply follow the instructions provided in our secure shopping cart system.

Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not included in the pricing and WILL NOT be calculated when checking out. One of our Promotional Product Specialists will contact you before processing your order to make you aware of the shipping charges, artwork issues and product options.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday - 9am to 7pm EST

 

Payment Terms:
Allen & Goel Marketing Company requires Full Prepayment with a credit card for first time orders. You may also apply for an AGMCO Credit Line. Please call our Accounting Department at 610-337-8484 to inquire about setting up terms with our company.

 

Promotional Product Sample Policies:
Allen & Goel Marketing Company understands the importance samples play in your ordering decision. We offer three different sample options along with their service description and price (if any):

 

Virtual Samples:
Virtual Samples are used to view your logo on the product you desire. Our design staff will construct a sample with your logo and email it to you in either a .pdf or .jpg format for you to review. If you wish to have a virtual sample designed for you, then contact our office at 800-923-8878. Please have the item number and name available as well as an electronic version of your logo.

Allen & Goel Marketing Company provides virtual samples as a proofing method in our ordering process. This service is FREE provided that PREPAYMENT for your order has been completed.   If you do not have an electronic version of your logo art charges may apply.

Please Note: A Virtual Sample Proof is for example purposes only and IS NOT an exact representation of the finished product.  The finished product may have slight deviations from imprint color and to the size of the actual imprint on the product itself.  It is recommended that a Virtual Sample Proof is PRINTED for proper examination.

 

Product Samples:
A Product Sample request is made when our customer wants a random sample sent to them so they can "feel and see" the product before ordering. The sample will be shipped either blank or with a random imprint on it. Allen & Goel Marketing requires a flat fee of $10.00 for most Product Samples to cover the cost of the item and the ground shipping cost. If you decide to place an order for that item, you will receive a $10.00 credit on your invoice. On occasions that the cost of samples exceed the $10.00 fee or if quicker, more expensive shipping options are needed, then our Promotional Product Specialists will make you aware of the extra charges before ordering your samples.

 

Spec Samples and Pre-Production Proofs:
Spec Samples are needed when it is important to have the exact item you are requesting, imprinted with the logo you desire. This is the most expensive type of sample and the cost will vary depending on the product and imprint method. Call our offices and we will give you a quote for the promotional product you desire.

 

Website Pricing
Allen & Goel Marketing Company takes great efforts to keep our site up to date. If the website price is incorrect on an item that you ordered, we will contact you immediately with the most updated price or help you choose a different item that is within your budget. We reserve the right to change prices on our website at anytime.

 

Price Match Plus
Allen & Goel Marketing Company strives to provide a competitive price for our customers. If you find a lower price on an identical product (including shipping) and would like us to match the lower price please call our offices at (800) 923-8878 and talk with one of our Promotional Products Specialists.

We may ask you to fax one or both of the following items below to confirm the competitor's offer: (Fax Number is 610-337-8838)
1. The quote for the lower price on the letterhead of the company making you the offer.
2. A copy of the website page showing the price offered for the exact item, same quantity and same shipping method.

Conditions:
Price Match Plus
applies only to new products from authorized U.S. vendors and does not apply to previously returned products, irregulars, factory seconds, discontinued or floor/demo products. We do not price match bidding or auction sites. We also reserve the right to refuse to match a price in situations where competitors, in our opinion, are selling below cost. In this situation, we will advise you ASAP. If you need any more information regarding our Price Match Plus, please call customer service at (800) 923-8878.

 

Claims, Adjustments & Returns
Should you have any problems with your order, please contact Allen & Goel Marketing Company at (800) 923-8878 within 15 days of receipt of your merchandise. We strongly urge you to inspect your merchandise when it arrives.
Do not return the merchandise to us without receiving Authorization as it will be refused. If you receive Authorization we will advise the correct shipping address for your return. Your Allen & Goel Marketing Company Promotional Products Specialist will assist you in resolving your claim if your order has not been produced as requested or is defective. Claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be resolved with the carrier.

 

Transfer of Ownership Merchandise
Allen & Goel Marketing Company provides a ship date for your order and we recommend the most efficient and cost-effective methods and shipping carriers to ship based upon your date needed and destination. All orders are sold F.O.B. factory and are owned by the purchaser once they are picked up by the carrier.

 

Shipping Delays
Allen & Goel Marketing Company shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery resulting from acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control. Our specified ship date for your order is based on the production schedules of the factory where your merchandise is produced. We will not be held liable for any special damages or consequential claims that exceed the invoiced value of the products purchased if the products are not shipped on the specified date or is delayed in transit.

 

Cancellation or Changes to Existing Orders
Once you have returned a signed order form, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes to or cancel your order.

 

Returned Checks
Any checks submitted for payment of an invoice which is returned for insufficient funds will result in a charge of $50.00.
